Put your business behind your community.
Sponsor a local group's website for £20 a month. The group gets a proper website for free, and local people see your name as the business that made it happen.
For your business
- £20 a month, flat
- Name, logo and link on the community's site
- No contract, cancel any time
- A receipt for your records on request
Visible goodwill, simply
Sponsoring a community website is a straightforward way to be seen backing the groups your customers care about.
A credit people see
A plain "Supported by" line on the community's website, with your business name and a link to your own site or page.
Local goodwill
The village hall, the club and the class are used by the people who shop, hire and recommend locally. Being known as their backer is a real advantage.
One flat cost
£20 a month, or a little less if the community contributes. There is no setup fee and no contract to worry about.
Plain, factual and easy to trust
Your credit sits in the footer and in a small panel on the community's home page. It is not an advert, so it suits every kind of group.
- Your business name, and logo if you wish
- A link to your website or social page
- Wording we agree together before it goes live
Four steps to sponsoring
You can choose a community you want to back, or leave it to me and fund the next group on the waiting list.
Tell me about you
Send a short enquiry with your business name and, if you have one in mind, the community you would like to support.
Agree the credit
We agree the wording, whether to include your logo, and the link. If you are backing a specific group, I will speak to them.
Set up payment
I send a secure link to set up your monthly payment by card, through Stripe. It is £20, or less where the community contributes or others share the cost.
Your credit goes live
Your credit is added to the community's site. Cancel at any time and payments stop.
Straight answers
It is a sponsorship, not a donation. JW is not a charity, so Gift Aid does not apply. Your £20 pays for the website to be built, hosted and kept up to date.
The community stays in control. Sponsors have no say over what a group publishes. You get a credit, and the group's website stays theirs.
I keep credits suitable. I can decline a sponsor that does not suit a community, for example around a children's club, so credits stay plain and factual.
Back a local community today
A short enquiry is all it takes. I will reply, usually the same day, and we will take it from there.
